Susan Hagberg has served the property and facility management industry as a sales executive and account manager throughout her entire working professional career. In 1998, after several years of observing an increase with nuisance goose issues in the Chicago area she researched and developed a wildlife management company, Wild Goose Chase, Inc. to address the growing need to manage avian pests in an environmentally safe way.

With canines being the focus in the avian management of sea-gulls and Canada geese at Wild Goose Chase, Susan was also able utilize her canine team to diversify from paws to nose in building Canine Detection & Inspection Services, LLC . This company established in 2009, addresses the growing need for early detection of bed bug infestations. Her core values of high quality service, results oriented systems, and customer satisfaction has always been the mission of both companies.

Both companies are certified through the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) as a Woman Owned Business.
